Complex Care programs are primary care for children with complex chronic medical conditions, often with multiple diagnoses and dependent on technology (i.e. ventilator), tube fed, etc. This is a medical home for your child with clinicians who understand and work to help manage the complexity of your child\u2019s care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Additionally, complex care programs \u2013 both inpatient and outpatient \u2013 work to coordinate the care of your child across the health care spectrum in order to achieve the best possible health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
