COVID-19 Information
Dear Clients,
We are all now grappling with an issue of enormous scale and human impact, and our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19).
At Serving Immigrants, we believe it is our responsibility during this time to prioritize the health and well-being of our clients and your legal team while also supporting local health officials and government leaders as they work to contain the virus.
With the input and guidance from the Health Department and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) relating to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are implementing certain safety measures.
We are equipped and available to do telephone and video conferences. Please let us know if you would prefer this method of communication and we will be happy to accommodate. Should our physical offices need to close for any reason, you will see no disruption in your legal services.
As the situation continues to develop, there may be impacts on the judicial system. If you have an upcoming hearing with your attorney and have an elevated risk of transmitting the novel coronavirus, please advise your attorney as soon as possible. The courts will generally allow us to hold hearings telephonically if necessary and this will reduce exposure, as well as allow us to continue advancing your legal needs.
Thank you for continuing to trust your legal team. It is our intent to remain transparent and keep you updated.
We are privileged to represent you.
